From the many purification processes that is available today, reverse osmosis technology stands out.
Why? because the result of this process gives us clean, safe & pure water with some minerals remaining compared to distillation whose product water is considered dead or hungry water.  While mineral water is good, there is no parameter that is being followed on what mineral should be present in the product water.  This is very unfortunate coz of the prolification of the so called "mineral water stations" in the Philippines. This is the same with the so called water stations that sell alkaline water. Same thing, there is no standard or parameters on which the product water will be tested. So that is the advantage of purified water, the product of reverse osmosis technology, there are parameters and standard test done on water samples if they really are purified or not. so to be on the safe side...choose purified water...it's your best choice.
